• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received depending on the item availability. Some orders are in stock and some needs to be ordered from our vendors.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Delivery within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days after the order is processed.

• Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Shipping Carrier

• We primarily use  USPS and UPS for shipping. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates

• We offer free shipping within United States for orders over $100 . Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Order Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at monstersmokeshops@gmail.com and or website chat within 24 hours of placing your order. Please mention the Order number and (Cancel) in the subject in the email.

• Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Missing or Delayed Orders
